HIT-MONKEY is a Marvel character who first appeared rapid-fire in HIT-MONKEY [2010A] #1 in print (the digital version of the comic appeared one week earlier), then in a 3-issue story arc in DEADPOOL [2008] #19-21, and a 3-issue mini-series of his own, HIT-MONKEY [2010B] #1-3. The character has since made other minor appearances in the Marvel Universe. Hit-Monkey is a Japanese macaque, an expert marksman and martial artist, and incredibly agile and athletic. His tragic origin has led him to dedicate his life to killing assassins, an endless path of righteous vengeance. The character has earned his own self-titled animated series as part of Marvel's adult animated slate of series on Hulu.
